Your fears and shadow work.

Fear is created by distressed emotions aroused by a belief that someone or something is dangerous, painful or threatening, etc... whether the threat is real or imagined. Most people are focused on irrational and imaged fear.

Fear is an alarm your body uses to let you know you are holding on to old pain and triggers of emotions that you have stored in your body or subconscious that need releasing.

Examples of fears in our lives. The fear of showing your true self. The fear that the world will not accept you as you are. That the shadow side of you is not to be seen or talked about. We should learn to love all parts of ourselves even the shadow side, the side we hide from the world. This fear is a low vibration that shows you that there is room for more love in our lives.

Fear can be a result of trapped trauma. Trauma that is trapped can manifest in the adrenal glands and cause fight or flight response which affects the brain and nervous system. This signals the subconscious mind in to looking for reasons to feel afraid or have anxiety.

For the next seven days take time to reflect on your fears and what color comes to mind. Notice if the color changes from day to day. Remember you will see the world from your reference points always. Your reference points are your experiences, beliefs, imprints, and desires. Change your fear by turning fear into gratitude for just today.

Abraham Maslow was a psychologist who studied human motivation. This is a model of Maslow's Hierarchy of Human-Needs with the Chakras that are associated with these needs. Using this chart and identify your un-met needs and find the Un-met needs that you experienced from the age 0-9. Then do this for the age of 10-19, age 20-29, age 30-39, age 40-49 and on up to understand the fears and shadows in your life.

When we start to explore ours fears and shadows, we sometimes notice that the fear we have is not based on our own experience. If you follow the fear back to its source, we discover that one of our parents have handed it down to us and is called imprinting.

Looking at an example, your mother or father had an energy of fear around lack of money, coming from their own experiences in life. If this energy of fear was not healed by the time you started learning from them, chances are their imprinted it on you. You may not have any actual experience of lacking money, and this could block you from doing certain things you want to do with money.
